Smoky Chicken Salad Sandwiches Recipe

ingredients

  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 3 ribs celery, chopped
  • 4 croissants, split

directions

1. In large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; stir until combined.
2. Fold in chicken, apples and celery. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to serve. 
3. Spoon chicken salad onto croissants.

Makes 4 servings. 

Serve with fresh fruit.
