Pomegranate BBQ Short Ribs Recipe
Make a festive meal with fall-off-the-bone short ribs, sweetened with BBQ and pomegranate.
ingredients
- 3 pounds bone-in beef short ribs (2-3 inches thick – English style) or 2 pounds boneless country-style beef ribs

1 tablespoon Ultimate Steak Seasoning
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- Fresh pomegranate arils for garnish, optional

- Slow Cooker
directions
1. Rub short ribs with Ultimate Steak Seasoning. Place in a 3-quart or larger greased slow cooker.
2. Pour ¾ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce and pomegranate juice over ribs. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
3. Remove ribs from slow cooker. Brush with reserved sauce. Garnish with pomegranate arils, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
Serve with mashed potatoes or grits.
