Patriotic Berry Pops Recipe

  • 1 cup blueberries, chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, divided
  • Juice of lemon, divided
  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 8 ice pop molds or disposable paper cups
  • 8 popsicle sticks

1. Place blueberries and strawberries in two separate small bowls. Divide lemon juice between bowls of berries; sprinkle each with ½ tablespoon sugar. Stir; let rest 10 minutes.
2. In medium bowl, combine Mai Tai Cheese Ball Mix, yogurt and milk; stir until smooth.
3. Spoon strawberries into the bottom of 8 popsicle molds. Add yogurt mixture, leaving room at the top for blueberries. Lightly tap molds onto counter to release air bubbles. Fill with blueberries. Gently insert popsicle sticks. Freeze 5 hours or overnight.
