Classy Little Choco-Tacos Recipe

Fill mini chocolate pound cake "taco shells" with ice cream for a bite-sized treat.

1. Preheat a 3.5-inch mini waffle iron. Spray iron with no-stick cooking spray on both sides.
2. In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; mix until just combined. Do not overmix. (Batter will be thick.) Spoon about 3 tablespoons batter onto hot waffle iron. Close iron and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Remove waffle from iron and drape over a rolling pin or large dowel; allow to cool.
4. Fill cooled shells with ice cream topped with desired sundae toppings.

Makes 6 (2 mini taco) servings.

Serving Suggestion: Arrange mini tacos in taco holder to serve

Make Ahead: Mini waffle taco shells can be made ahead and frozen. Can be filled and served while frozen or allow to thaw before filling. 

Note: Regular sized waffle iron can be used for larger tacos.
