Asian Chicken Mason Jar Salad Recipe

Light and crunchy, these jar salads are filled with crisp garden veggies, peanutty chicken and sweet-tangy dressing.

1. In a medium bowl, combine Honey Teriyaki Sauce, 1 tablespoon Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Add chicken; toss until coated.
2. In a small bowl, combine Vidalia Onion Dressing and remaining 2 tablespoons Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce. Divide among jars.
3. Layer with desired veggie toppings, chicken and mandarin oranges. Fill remainder of jars with Asian salad mix and garnish with cashews, if desired; seal lids. Refrigerate. 
4. To serve each salad, open jar and shake into bowl.

Makes 4 servings.

Note: May use pint-sized mason jars for smaller salad servings, if desired.
