Sounds like an easy to-do list for the holidays, doesn’t it? In our house, soon we’ll be packing up and driving to my family’s farm. Every year my mom, sis, sister-in-law and I spend a couple of blissful days off, just padding around the kitchen in our slippers and yoga pants, baking holiday treats and singing (slightly off-key) to loud Christmas music. To say that we keep it pretty casual is an understatement.
But on Christmas Eve, we always get a little fancy. Wine. Cheese. All kinds of beautiful, delicious appetizers. And this year, I’m excited to bring something new to the table: Holiday Honey Lemon Punch!
So festive. So fresh. So fun. Best of all, it’s really simple to make this gorgeous, sweet-tart holiday punch, made with Honey Lemon Drink Mixer. (Which, I might add, is $1 off exclusively today, December 17!)

How to Make Your Holiday Punch
Check out the step-by-step photos below. You can also see the full recipe here »
Step 1: Stir
In a large pitcher, combine 1 cup Honey Lemon Drink Mixer, 1 (12 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate and 2 cups lime gin.
Step 2: Slice
Cut 2 lemons into thin slices.
Toss ‘em into the pitcher, along with 1 (12 ounce) package of fresh cranberries. Chill at least 30 minutes.
Step 3: Serve
When you’re ready to serve, pour the lemon mixture into a punch bowl or large beverage dispenser. Add 3 liters chilled club soda, and stir. Simple, right?
And by the way, if you don’t own a big punch bowl (or if you’re like me and you forgot that you loaned your lemonade dispenser to a friend!), just divide your concentrated lemon mixture equally between two pitchers. Then add 1½ liters club soda to each one before serving. Easy-peasy!
Bonus Quick Tip: Cranberry Hot Toddy Drinks
Need to wind down after all of your guests leave? Chase the chill away with a deliciously different hot drink by the glass – perfect for one or two!
Simply combine ¼ cup Honey Lemon Drink Mixer, ¼ cup water and 2 tablespoons cranberry vodka. Microwave 30-60 seconds or until hot. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon and a drizzle of Creamy Caramel Sauce.
No matter how you celebrate the holidays, here’s to you, friends … and here’s to enjoying a cup of cheer!
Tips & Hints
