4 Easy Ways to Wing It

It’s funny how some foods and flavors always taste like summertime. Strawberry ice cream. Hot dogs cooked over the campfire. Melty s’mores.

At our house, we have another favorite that always makes me think of warm summer nights in the backyard … chicken wings! Honestly, I don’t think it gets much better than serving up saucy, succulent, fall-off-the-bone-tender wings, especially when you’re kicking back with a few friends or next-door neighbors.

No utensils. No fuss. Wings are the quintessential finger foods for those laid-back summer weekends, plus they pair perfectly with ice-cold bottles of beer or crisp, refreshing lemonade. All you need are extra napkins!

Simply preheat your oven to 350°F. Place 3 pounds of thawed chicken wingettes and drummies in a large bowl. Season with salt and Garlic Pepper Seasoning. Add 1 cup of Thai Peanut Sauce and 1-2 tablespoons sriracha, tossing together to coat. Place chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet, and bake 60 minutes, brushing with a little extra sauce halfway through.
